A forte of PNDA is our ability to recognize talent. Our team’s experience in the industry has inspired us to take a different approach on the development and branding of our artists. Since we also manages influencers, our marketing approach is more social media driven. Our brand and success rate is important to us, which is why we only work with a small amount of artists at a time.

When an artists career has traction, we work together to either purse the independent route or decide to furnish our talents with a major label.
